| 摘 要： | 介绍了我国电子废弃物处理现状和我国在电子产品方面施行生产者责任延伸制试点地区的情况。分析了生产者责任延伸制相关方的行为。认为环保部门与企业之间存在的博弈关系表明两者在环境保护方面都没有足够的动力。此外，还分析了生产者责任延伸制在实施的过程中可能遇到的问题，提出了4点措施以促进生产者责任延伸制能得到更好地实施。

| Abstract: | The article introduced the current status of treatment of waste electrical and electronic equipment, as well as the instance of pilot areas for applying the extended producer responsibility （EPR） to the electrical and electronic products in China.There is not enough motivity to protect environment both environment protectien department and enterprises through analyzing the behavior of the extended producer responsibility relevant sides with game analysis. Some possible problems cursed by EPR were analyzed also, and some measures are suggested for promoting the application of EPR |
