| 摘 要： | 关于中央银行独立性与通货膨胀率关系的实证研究中,发达国家与发展中国家及转轨国家的分析有所不同.文章选取了适合中国的独立性测量指标,对中国人民银行的独立性进行了评估,进而运用统计方法对中国CBI指数与通货膨胀率进行回归,得出中国人民银行独立性与通货膨胀率存在着负相关关系的结论,并指出新形势下增强中央银行独立性的现实意义.
