| 摘 要： | 本着应急物流如何在军事上应用为目的,通过对应急物流理论与实践成功应用事例,如何进一步促进应急物流＂军民一体化＂进程,着重从建立与完善应急指挥,信息共享和发布平台,科学筹划保障力量,强化运输能力、规范应急物流法规制度等五个方面进行了思考。以达到最简洁的流程、最快捷的方式供应各种应急物资,保障各项军事任务的完成。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the application of emergency logistics to military activity,this paper mainly deals with a research on the integrated military-civil emergency logistics case-based on its theory and practice.It focuses on the building and perfecting emergency command,information commons,scientific decision-making,strengthening transport capability and so on.It is convenient to supply the emergency materials and guarantees the miliatary success. |
