| 摘 要： | 在引入绿色理念的基础上,定量分析港口对经济贡献的同时加入对资源消耗的占用和对环境的影响,形成新的投入产出港口评价体系,对港口发展做出多维评价,并在评价的基础上提出了港口的经济效益与环境影响协调分析,为港口的可持续发展提供有力数据支持。

| Abstract: | With introduction of green idea,add resources consumption and the environment influence to quantitative analysis of port economical contribution,hence forming new puts-outs appraisal system of port,make comprehensive evaluation for the port development and coordination analysis between economical benefits and environment pollution on the basis of appraisal,so as to provide a guide for port sustainable development. |
