| 摘 要： | 合理的电力物资仓库布局有利于电力公司对物资的高效高质管理。针对现有电力仓库的存在的问题和配送、管理要求,提出＂服务＂与＂成本＂并举的总选址目标,建立了一个双层选址模型并设计启发式中心聚类算法进行求解。最后应用实例进行了有效性验证。

| Abstract: | Rational layout of power material warehouse is good to the efficiency and quality of power company materials management.According to the existing power warehouse problems and distribution and management requirements,this paper aims at both ＂service＂ and ＂cost＂,sets a double-layer location model and then puts forward a heuristic center clustering algorithm to solve the model.Finally uses an example to validate the effectiveness. |
