| 摘 要： | 分析了有色金属行业发展的现状，重点介绍了有色行业中小型设计企业在机制调整、质量、服务意识以及设计理念等方面的发展思路。认为，机制的转变是迎接挑战的根本，质量是迎接挑战的核心，服务是赢得市场的保证。而先进的设计理念是企业发展的核心。有色行业中小设计企业应转变机制、提高修养、建立质量意识和服务意识，才能在激烈的市场竞争中赢得一席之地。
