摘    要:重大疫情中,信息收集与传播是疫情防控的重要一环。人员流动性强、活动范围大,使得疫情信息多而杂,加大了信息搜集的难度,导致信息记录不全面;疫情信息传播过程中涉及的主体众多,各方首先以自身利益为主对信息进行收集或筛选,导致疫情中信息传播速度慢甚至失真,人员追踪效率低下。将区块链技术应用于疫情信息传播网络,减少信息失真与溯源问题,并通过构建模型和提出合理假设以分析其必要性。结果表明,增加信息网络中节点的追踪能力与加强对造成信息失真的节点的处罚力度,有助于减少信息失真,而区块链具有可溯源追踪、可设置激励机制的基本特质。因此,建立基于区块链的疫情信息共享网络有一定必要性。

Establishing an Epidemic Information Sharing Network Corresponding Necessity Analysis Based on Blockchain Technology
Abstract:In a major epidemic, information collection and dissemination are important parts of epidemic prevention and control. On the one hand, due to the high mobility of personnel and the large scope of activities, the information on the epidemic situation is multiplied and complicated, which increases the difficulty of information collection; on the other hand, many subjects involved in the process of information dissemination of the epidemic situation prefer to collect or filter information that is beneficial to themselves, which will result in the slow speed and mass of information dissemination,or inefficient personnel tracking. In order to solve the problem of information distortion and traceability, Blockchain technology was applied to the epidemic information dissemination network, and then analyze its necessity by constructing a model and proposing reasonable assumptions. The result shows that increasing the tracking ability of nodes in the information network and strengthening the punishment of nodes that cause information distortion can help reduce information distortion. Blockchain has the basic characteristics of traceability and setting of incentive mechanisms. Therefore, the establishment of a blockchain-based epidemic information sharing network is necessary.
