摘 要: | 基于当下企业面临物料计量效率低、信息流脱节、作弊行为、管理难度大等问题,通过对企业计量流程的优化,采用无人值守称重系统的方式替代传统的人工计量。通过对无人值守称重系统业务流程的建模,分析称重业务流程优化效果。分析发现,采用无人值守称重系统能够有效提高系统处理能力,减少人力资源投入,缩短称重作业周期时间,并且大幅度减少因处理能力不足导致的排队现象。

Optimization of Weighing Business Process Based on Unattended Weighing System |

Abstract: | Based on the problems of low efficiency of material measurement, disconnection of information flow, cheating behavior and difficult management, the unattended weighing system is adopted to replace the traditional manual measurement through optimizing the measurement process. By modeling the business process of unattended weighing system, the optimization effect of weighing business process is analyzed. The result shows that the unattended weighing system can effectively improve the processing capacity of the system, reduce the input of human resources, shorten the weighing cycle time, and greatly reduce the queuing phenomenon caused by insufficient processing capacity. |
