摘    要:为研究岩石颗粒在不同压制条件下的润湿性变化特征,对不同粒径、种类岩石颗粒在30MPa下压制形成的人造岩心进行座滴法测定接触角实验,并对岩心表面进行3D成像扫描,计算表面粗糙度。将200、300、400目的纯石英砂分别压制0.5~96h,结果显示接触角随着压制时间增长而增大,一定时间后达到稳定。400、500、600目等纯石英砂和页岩颗粒分别在30MPa下压制48h,表明粒径越细,接触角越大。压制时间越长,颗粒越细,表面粗糙度越小,亲水颗粒接触角越大。

Research on the Variation Characteristics of Wettability of Rock Particles under Different Pressing Conditions
Abstract:The variation characteristics of wettability of rock particles under different pressing conditions was studied.The contact angle of artificial cores with different particle sizes and types of rock particles was measured by the method of sessile drop. The surface roughness of artificial cores was calculated by 3D imaging scanning.The results show that the contact angle increases with the increase of the pressing time and becomes stable after a certain time.When 400, 500, 600 mesh pure quartz sand and shale particles were pressed at 30MPa for 48h, the smaller the particle size, the larger the contact angle.The compaction time and particle size have great influence on the wettability measurement. The longer the compaction time, the finer the particle, the smaller the surface roughness and the larger the contact angle of the hydrophilic particle compaction core.
