基于熵权法的河南省智慧城市发展水平评价

为研究河南省18个地市智慧城市的发展情况,构建相关指标体系,运用客观赋权方法——熵权法从智慧基础条件、智慧产业经济、智慧公共服务和智慧管理规划4个方面对河南省智慧城市的发展水平进行评价。研究发现,河南省智慧城市发展水平存在明显的区位差异,政策倾斜对智慧城市发展水平的影响有限,存在智慧城市发展不均衡及重建设轻应用的现象。该研究可为河南省智慧城市工作的开展提供参考。

Evaluation of Smart City Development Level in Henan Province Based on Entropy Weight Method

In order to study the development of smart cities in 18 cities of Henan Province, the relevant index system was constructed. Using entropy weight method, the development level of smart city in Henan Province was evaluated from four aspects: smart basic conditions, smart industrial economy, smart public service and smart management planning. It is found that there are obvious regional differences in the development level of smart city in Henan Province, the impact of policy inclination on the development level of smart city is limited, and there are phenomena of unbalanced development of smart city, paying attention to construction and neglecting application. This study can provide reference for the development of smart city work in Henan Province.
