摘    要:论文回顾了中国水利水电科学研究院抗旱减灾研究团队从2005年成立至今的抗旱减灾研究成果和学科发展历程。团队始终坚持国家需求,坚持问题导向,在抗旱减灾相关的制度、标准、技术等方面产出了一批有应用价值的研究成果,并初步建立了抗旱减灾学科体系,为国家抗旱减灾管理提供了有力的支撑。未来,团队将继续围绕旱灾学、防旱学和应急抗旱技术等学科方向深入开展研究,为提高我国抗旱减灾管理科学化水平做出更大的贡献。

Abstract:The research achievements and discipline development history of drought mitigation research team of the China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research since its establishment in 2005 have been reviewed. By taking the national drought mitigation needs into consideration, the IWHR team in-sists on problem oriented research. In the past fifteen years, the team has made great efforts in drought-re-lated institutions, standards and technologies with extensive application value, which has provided strong support for the national drought management. And in this process, the discipline system of drought mitiga-tion has been established preliminarily. In the future, the team will continue to carry out further research in drought science, drought prevention and emergency drought resistance technology, with the aim to make greater contributions to improve the scientific level of drought management in China.
