| 摘 要： | 为培养具有综合应用能力的人才，地方新建财经类本科院校应根据自身特点，对西方经济学课程教学进行相应改革。文章在分析地方新建财经本科院校西方经济学课程开展现状的基础上，针对该课程教学过程存在的问题，从教学目标、教学方法、考评方式等方面提出改革的建议。

| Abstract: | As part of the efforts to cultivate the talents with comprehensive abilities, newly born financial＆economics universities have reformed their Western Economics Course, based on their own characteristics. Based on the analysis of the status quo, the article proposes some certain suggestion on teaching targets, methods and assessment methods, according to the problems in this course. |
