多跑道进场航班调度研究

摘    要:研究多跑道航班调度问题,旨在为机场终端区待着陆的航班提供快速、有效的调度方案。本文对传统的"FCFS"策略进行改进,在一定假设条件下,将问题转化为带有时间限制和基于航班类型处理时间的排序问题,利用递归重复调用这一特性,建立以最小化总调度时间为目标的递归模型,达到提高机场运行效率的目的。对进场航班的ELT仿真验证表明:与传统的先到先服务策略相比,本文的调度方案快速有效,能显著提高机场运行效率,为多跑道进场航班调度问题的解决方案提出了一个新的思路。

Abstract:The paper focuses on the multi-runway airport landing problem to seek a rapid and effective landing flights scheduling strategy in airport terminal areas. The paper transforms the problem into scheduling problem to improve the traditional "FCFS" strategy, which with time limit and based on the processing time of the flight type. By using the characteristics of recursive repeated calls, it establishes a recursive model with the goal of minimizing the total scheduling time to improving the efficiency of airport operations. According to the landing aircrafts' ELT simulation comparing with the traditional FCFS method, the algorithm can be found more efficient and more saving time, and put forward a new method for multi approaching the runway flight scheduling problems.
