构建科学司法权监督机制 提高司法公信力

党的十七大以来,我国司法体制和工作机制改革取得新进展,司法独立性大大加强,促进了司法公正;克服了人少案多的不足,司法效率大大提高。但当前我国不规范的司法行为还一定程度存在,司法公信力还有待加强。必须认真贯彻党的十八大精神,进一步深化司法体制改革,充分发挥司法机关内部监督作用,加强检察监督作用,高度重视律师监督作用,自觉接受人大和政协监督,科学对待新闻媒体的舆论监督作用,构建科学司法权监督机制,提高司法公信力。

Establishing Scientific Mechanism for Supervision over Judicial Power to Enhance Judicial Credibility

Since the the Seventeenth National Congress of the CPC, the reform of judicial system and working mechanism in China has made new progress, thus the judicial independence has been strengthened and judicial justice has been improved. At the same time judicial efficiency has been greatly enhanced since the reform has overcome the defect that there were not enough court staff compared to the large number of cases. However, there still exist certain non-standard judicial behaviors in our country and we still need to improve the judicial credibility. Therefore, we should strictly implement the spirit of the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC, further the reform of judicial system, give full play to the internal supervision function of judicial organs, strengthen prosecutorial supervision, pay much attention to the supervision by lawyers. And the judicial organs should consciously accept the supervision by the NPC （National People＇s Congress） and CPPCC （Chinese People＇s Political Consultative Conference）, act to the press supervision scientifieallv so as to establish scientific mechanism for supervision over iudicial Dower and enhance iudicial credibility.
