中国低碳产业发展路径研究——基于产业链与创新链融合的视角

大力发展低碳产业是我国有效应对全球能源、气候、金融多重危机的客观需要。然而,我国低碳产业的发展仍受制于产业链与创新链彼此割裂这一弊端。为了消除不足,我们应当增强技术创新能力,深化校企合作能力,注重市场调节能力,提高政府引导能力,多管齐下,提升低碳产业的发展速度。

Study on the Development Path for China's Low-carbon Industry: Based on the Perspective of the Integration between Industry Chain and Innovation Chain

Developing low-carbon industry vigorously is to meet the need of our country to deal with multiple global crises in aspects of energy, climate, finance an so on. However, China＇s low-carbon industry still faces an obstacle in its development： the split of industry chain and innovation chain. To solve the problem, we should enhance our technical innovation ability, deepen school-enterprise cooperative ability, focus on the adjustment ability of market, improve government＇s guiding ability so as to speed up the development of low-carbon industry.
