摘    要:优秀的企业管理者必须树立正确的理念、懂得管理的方法和艺术。规定好企业运作的禁忌。就理念而言,普世的价值观、信任感、绿灯思维、推功揽过、吃亏是福等必不可少;方法及艺术上,则应包括有效管理时间、用人之长、有效决策、身体力行等具体措施;禁忌方面,要规避好人主义、山头主义、本位主义、主观主义为代表的四大雷区和赌博、受贿、索贿三条高压线。总之,多管齐下才能成为一名优秀的企业管理者。

Abstract:An outstanding enterprise manager should establish right ideas, know the methods as well as arts of management and set no-nos for the operation of his enterprise. Right ideas include a concept of universal value, the sense of trust, green light thinking, willing to decline rewards as well as assume responsibility and thought that sacrifice is a joy and blessing. An outstanding manger should also be able to manage time efficiently, good at making use of others' strong points, able to make policy effectively and earnestly practice what he advocates. He should also set no-nos to avoid "four big minefields", namely,"good man creed", "mountain stronghold mentality","selfish departmentalism"and "subjectivism"as well as avoid three high-voltage wires, that is, gambling, bribery and extortion. In short, only by using all the above ways can a person become an outstanding manager.
