| 摘 要： | 电费风险管理报告体系作为电力企业全面风险管理体系的重要组成部分,担当着"风险预报员"和"信息沟通员"的角色。本文分析了我国电力企业全面风险管理体系建设情况,阐述电费风险管理报告体系的重要性,探究其具体内容和建设方法,为电力企业降低企业经营风险,保证公司电费正常回收,顺利实现现金回流提供切实可行的参考模式。

| Abstract: | Electricity risk management reporting system as the electric power enterprise comprehensive risk management system important constituent, undertaker "risk forecaster" and "information communication member" role. This paper analyses the electric power enterprise comprehensive risk management system, explains the electricity of the importance of risk management reporting system, probe into its specific content and construction method for the electric power enterprise, and reduce the operating risk of an enterprise, in order to ensure the electric bill retrieving normally. |
