O2O模式与B2C模式比较研究

摘    要:O2O是一种新型电子商务模式,它将电子商务和服务性消费结合在一起,有效整合了网上营销和网下经营,实现了服务水平的提升及消费体验的改善。和B2C模式相比,两者同属一种服务形式,其交易的流程皆是闭环。从区别上看,两者的侧重点、推送内容、服务领域及用户体验各异其趣。总体而言,对比分析二者的同性和差异,利于不同电商模式之间取长补短,共同发展。

Abstract:As a new type of e-commerce model, 020 model combines e-commerce with service consumption, which effectively integrate on-line marketing and off-line business so that it improves service level and optimizes consumers' consumption experience. The 020 and B2C models both belong to the same service pattern and they both have closed-loop transaction process. But they have different focuses, push content, service field and consumer experience. Above all, the comparison of the sameness and difference between the two e-commerce models can help them leam from each other's strong points and fill the gap to realize mutual development.
