| 摘 要： | 虽然供应链管理已逐步被接受，但在具体运用中还存在若干误区。首先对供应链对供应链管理的概念内涵进行说明，在此基础上对供应链管理认识误区进行总结并分析其错误，并指出了对供应链管理的正确认识及做法，以期对企业正确把握及应用供应链管理有所帮助。

| Abstract: | Though supply chain management has been accepted by most people, there are still some misunderstandings about SCM during the process of using the theory of SCM. Firstly, the author explains the concept and the meaning of SCM, then summaries the misunderstandings of SCM and analyzes the reason of it, puts forward some right understandings and methods for supply chain management, in order to help the company rightly use the theory of SCM. |
