安徽省经济与环境保护协调发展的实证研究

通过选取反映工业化和城市化进程中环境保护程度的8项指标进行实证分析,结果发现,安徽的环境保护并不影响或制约经济的发展,在此基础上提出了严格环保准入、用污染减排倒逼经济结构调整、集中精力开展环境安全专项行动、壮大环保产业、树立生态理念等促进经济与环境协调发展的若干建议。

Empirical Study on Coordinated Development of Anhui's Economy and Environmental Protection

This paper selects eight indexes reflecting environmental protection degree in the industrialization and urbanization to make empirical analysis and finds that Anhui′s environmental protection doesn′t affect or restrict its economic development. The paper also advances some suggestions on how to promote the coordinated development of economy and environment such as being strict in allowing environmental protection access, implementing pollution reduction scheme to push adjustment of economic structure, focusing on special actions for environmental safety, strengthening environmental protection industry and building up ecological concept.
