从股东至上到利益相关者合作——论初次分配中公平与效率的兼顾

为了在初次分配中处理好效率与公平的关系,应当适时地在公司制企业引入利益相关者合作模式,摈弃股东至上模式。当前,应当让公司重要的利益相关者——公司员工,参与企业管理和企业决策。这不但有助于提高员工的收益,从微观上消除收入分配两极分化现象,化解资本与劳动之间的紧张关系,而且也有利于提高劳动者的工作热情、创造性和责任感,从而提高企业效率,使效率与公平得到兼顾。
