| 摘 要： | 中小企业国际化过程中,其传统的组织框架有许多局限性,必须发展双网络组织结构才能提升企业的跨国能力。文章从国际化中小企业的组织缺陷入手,介绍了网络组织的作用和本质,阐述了国际化中小企业双网络组织的结构及内在联系,并对中小企业的双网络组织的构建提出了几点建议。
