中国对外直接投资的制度变迁及其特征

本文对中国对外直接投资制度变迁过程及其特征进行了考察。结果表明，中国对外直接投资制度的变迁与中国经济发展战略密切相关，微观层面的企业在对外直接投资制度变迁中主动性较差，中国对外直接投资制度的变迁过程实际上是政府主导的对外直接投资制度的形成过程，其变迁模式是一种典型的“自上而下”的模式。当前中国亟需建立企业主导的对外直接投资制度。
