| 摘 要： | 本文描述和分析了我们连续三年进行的中国31个省市财政透明度、连续两年进行的省级行政单位行政收支及相关信息透明度以及2011年新增的人大财政透明度的评估结果,从不同角度得出中国目前财政透明度很低的结论,并从制度建设方面提出了提高财政透明度、建设透明政府的建议。
