基于新标准的青岛市智慧城市建设水平评价

自"智慧城市"这一概念提出后,世界各国纷纷投身于智慧城市建设。国内对于智慧城市的研究仍处于起步阶段,各城市均提出了智慧城市战略规划。青岛市作为智慧城市的示范城市,智慧城市建设快速发展,为研究青岛市智慧城市的发展水平及变化趋势,基于国家发改委发布的最新智慧城市评价指标体系及评价标准,从科技、经济、社会、环境4个方面,利用2012年—2016年数据,评价近五年青岛智慧城市发展力水平,揭示青岛发展特点,提出针对青岛智慧城市建设的对策和建议。

Evaluation on the Level of Smart City in Qingdao City Based on New Standard

Since the concept of"smart city"has been put forward,a lot of countries have devoted to construction.Research for the smart city in our country was in its infancy,most of the cities have put forward their own strategic planning.Qingdao City as a model city of smart city with the rapid development of intelligent city construction,this paper studied the development level of Qingdao City and the trend of smart,based on the latest smart city evaluation index system and criteria,from science,technology,society and environment with the statistical data from 2012 to 2016.It reveals the characteristics of the smart level in Qingdao City and construction recommendations.
