四川省城市承载力评价

截至2015年底,四川省城镇化率为47.7%,低于全国平均水平8.4个百分点,城镇化率总体较低。"十三五"时期四川省每年将有超过100万人进城落户,城镇化率年均提升1.2个百分点。新型城镇化的推进应以城市承载力为基础。2011—2015年四川省城市承载力处于预警状态,社会承载力对四川省城市承载力贡献最大,经济、环境和资源承载力的贡献次之。从四川省各城市来看,承载力水平偏低,经济和资源承载力是制约四川省地级市城市承载力提高的重要因素。

Evaluation on Urban Carrying Capacity of Sichuan Province Through New Pattern Urbanization

By the end of 2015,urbanization rate of Sichuan province was 47.7% ,which is 8.4% lower than the national average.Overall rate of urbanization is comparatively low.During the period of"13th Five-Year",more than 1 million rural migrant workers become urban residents in Sichuan.The average urbanization rate increases by 1.25%.The promotion of new urbanization should be based on urban carrying capacity.From 2011 to 2015,the urban carrying capacity of Sichuan province is in an early warning state,while social carrying capacity contributes most to the urban carrying capacity and the contribution of the economic,environmental and resource carrying capacity is of the second place.Viewing from all cities of Sichuan province,the urban carrying capacity level is low,and the economic and resources carrying capacity are the important factors in restricting the cities to improve the carrying capacity.
