中国农村信用社的七次体制变革

当前,我国农村金融改革步入实质阶段,农信社管理体制问题一度成为理论界关注的焦点。有观点认为,我国农信社从未按照合作制原则经营过,是行政推动的产物,很难回归到合作制道路上;还有人说,刚开始是合作制,以后就变成"民有资本官营化",走上了官办道路。到底我国政治制度下的农信社走过了一条什么样的道路?笔者最近整理中国信用合作发展历史,找到了较为清晰的线索,以供研究者参考。
