| 摘 要： | 党的十七大报告首次将"转变经济增长方式"改为"转变经济发展方式",这一全新的思想,反映了我们党经济建设指导理念的升华,具有重大而深远的意义.改革开放30年来,我国经济保持了持续稳定的高增长和高发展,但存在的各种问题也十分明显.只有坚持科学发展观为指导,切实转变经济发展方式,才能有效实现经济社会全面协调和可持续发展的目标,促进国民经济又好又快发展.
