| Abstract: | China＇ s west regional higher education is transformational from elite mode to masses mode and future development objective should be oriented by masses. Feasible and effective methods should be taken in such aspects as promoting education quality, using two methods, cultivating specific talents, cultivating local brands and emphasizing applied education. |
