| 摘 要： | 土地经营方式的转变,客观上使农村的资金需求量越来越大,对金融支持＂三农＂发展的深度和广度提出了更高的要求,而金融机构传统的＂一户一贷＂的贷款模式和产品已远远满足不了现代农业的需求,制约金融支持集约化农业发展的各种因素开始显现并突出。

| Abstract: | The transformation of the mode of operation of the land makes increasingly large demand for funds in the countryside,and have higher requirements from the depth and breadth of financial support for the ＂three rural＂ development,while traditional financial institutions＇ loan model and product can＇t meet the needs of modern agriculture,a variety of factors restricting financial support for the development of intensive agriculture began to show and highlight. |
