| 摘 要： | 鉴于企业内部控制系统的复杂性,文章引入管理熵理论来研究企业内部控制活动的评价,定义了企业内部控制活动系统中各要素管理熵值的计算公式,在分析控制活动各要素的基础上,通过调查统计得出控制活动各要素的权重系数,建立了各要素的相关系数矩阵和构建了基于管理熵理论的企业内部控制活动系统评价模型。

| Abstract: | For the complex of the enterprises＇ internal control system,we carries out the research of the evaluation about the enterprises＇ internal control activities based on the theory of the management entropy.On the basis of the entropy formula of internal control system of enterprise management elements,through the analysis of the various elements of the enterprises＇ internal control activities and introducing the regression analysis calculated the elements of the internal subsystems of the correlation coefficient matrix,finally we construct the internal control activities＇ evaluation model. |
