| 摘 要： | 知识管理作为一种新型企业管理模式，是将知识作为财富管理，在管理中突出知识和人才，具有丰富的伦理学内涵。从伦理视域看，知识管理追求效率，提倡共享，提倡合作，通过知识管理实现企业效益的最大化。在知识管理过程中，要关注伦理进路，树立追求道德价值的理念，突出效率优先、以人为本、共享共赢、公平公正等原则，使知识管理真正成为打造企业核心竞争力的“动力源”。

| Abstract: | As a new way of business management, knowledge management regards knowledge as wealth and focuses on knowledge and talents, which is rich in ethics. From the perspective of ethics, knowledge management pursues efficiency, share and cooperation to maximize benefit. In the process of knowledge management, it＇ s necessary to pay attention to ethics, build up the ideas of moral value, emphasize the principles of efficiency priority, putting people first as its core, share and win, and equity so that knowledge management will becmne the dynamic source of enterprise＇ s core competitiveness. |
