| 摘 要： | 针对许多企业由于受传统观念、技术、资金等因素影响而导致的高成或不实施逆向物流的现象,运用战略管理中的价值链分析理论,以价值链本身所具有的成本控制优势,结合价值工程的方法对逆向物流成本进行控制,从而为企业进行逆向物流成本控制提供一种有效方法。

| Abstract: | In view of the situation that the enterprises either ignore the reverse logistics or bear it under insufferably high cost due to the influence of traditional viewpoints,technological obstacles and capital restraint,etc.,the paper employs the theory of value chain analysis of strategical management,together with methods of value engineering,to control the cost of reverse logistics for enterprises. |
