| Abstract: | In view of the fact that in the current stage the output of the shipping talents lags far behind the actual demand,the paper formulates the competency-based shipping talent developing model and constructs,on the basis of the model,a shipping talent developing system.Later suggetions for the often-seen problems are given. |
