| 摘 要： | 并购是企业进行外部扩张,寻求适度规模边界的重要手段,也是存量资产在企业间重新配置以及生产要素在不同企业之间重新组合的一种重要方式。通过对国内外相关研究文献的梳理,将影响并购绩效的因素概括为组织因素、行业特征因素和并购交易特征因素,并按照这一逻辑主线对相关的研究文献进行了综述。
