| 摘 要： | 供应链利益分配是影响供应链稳定的一个重要因素。首先提出了供应链利益分配应遵守的五项原则,然后在Shapley值法的基础之上,综合考虑风险、技术创新、积极性三个因素对利益分配的激励作用,提出了修正模型,使得利益分配效果更加合理。
