| 摘 要： | 农业经济发展最需要的是努力推动制度变迁。我国土地制度不断变迁 ,目前的家庭联产承包责任制已日益显现出局限性 ,需要加以改革。土地股份合作制是土地制度变革的最佳目标 ,也是让中国广大农民富裕起来的一个好方法。当然 ,变革的同时也需要各种外在因素的支持 ,共同促进土改的顺利进行

| Abstract: | Institutional transformation plays a very important role in the development of agricultural economics.The present ground system reveals its shortage and limitation,and should be reformed.Ground stock cooperation is the best goal of the transformation,and is a good way for farmers to become rich.At the same time,the transformation needs the support of exterior factors to help the reform. |
