加快上海服务长三角 促进区域一体化

上海作为长三角地区的首位城市,在推动区域协调发展中发挥着巨大辐射和带动作用。目前,上海服务长三角从服务定位、层次、主体、内容和方式等方面呈现＂五个转变＂。但在新的历史条件下,上海服务长三角过程中仍然面临着一系列问题,如上海能级有待进一步提高、基础设施等要素有待进一步衔接、制度合作还需要深化等。为此,在未来发展中,上海要充分发挥中国最大的经济中心城市的功能作用和改革开放的领先优势,推进区域要素合作和制度合作,加快长三角区域一体化进程。
