我国第三方冷链物流企业的现状调研与分析——以苏州地区企业为研究对象

通过调研和分析了苏州地区第三方冷链物流企业基本情况、硬件配备情况、管理水平、发展影响因素等内容,总结了我国第三方冷链物流企业的发展现状及特征,得出结论:企业规模偏小、缺乏竞争力,核心业务类型较传统、缺乏差异化,企业处于冷链下游、客户类型较集中,硬件设施陈旧落后、利用率较低,物流信息技术和管理系统的应用程度和水平较低,管理模式落后、低损耗和快速反应以高物流成本为代价,冷链物流管理人才和技能人才严重缺乏,现有的行业环境严重制约着企业的发展。

Current Situation of Third-Party Cold Chain Enterprises in China:a Case Study of Enterprises in Suzhou

The study investigates the development situation and characteristics of third-party cold chain enterprises in China by analyzing the enterprises in the Suzhou area with respect to basic enterprise information, facilities, management level, and factors affecting their de-velopment. It concludes that enterprises are small in scale and less competitive and the core business of these enterprises is traditional and less diversified. In addition, these enterprises are at the down stream of cold chain, resulting in similar customer types. The facilities of the enterprises are old and inefficient and the logistics information technology and management system are poorly developed. The management mode is backward, leading to low loss and fast reaction at the price of high logistics cost. Management personnel and skilled talents of cold chain logistics are in seriously short supply. The current industry environment severely restricts the growth of the industry.
