苏州博物馆游客行为实证研究

摘    要:通过对苏州博物馆游客进行的实地问卷调查,分析苏州博物馆游客的基本行为特征以及对博物馆旅游产品的感知和满意度,在此基础上提出了改善苏州博物馆旅游产品的建议,即苏州博物馆应加强服务人性化,为游客提供更好的服务;加大宣传力度,重新规划展品,开展主题活动,增加展览项目,以此让游客的博物馆之旅变的更有特色、收获更多,从而可以吸引到更多的游客前来参观,促进博物馆发展。

Abstract:An on-site questionnaire survey is conducted to investigate the behavior of tourists at the Suzhou Museum in order to analyze the basic behavior characteristics of the tourists and their perception and satisfaction degree on the tourism products of the museum. Based on the investigation, the study proposes several suggestions for improving the tourism product of the museum. It suggests that the museum should offer more human-oriented services to the tourists, intensify publicity, rearrange exhibit, design theme activities, and add more ex-hibition items in ways that make the museum tour more characteristic and attract more tourists for the growth of the museum.
