| 摘 要： | 喷溅是转炉炼钢时经常出现的情况。转炉喷溅会威胁炼钢安全，恶化多项技术经济指标，是转炉炼钢厂难以控制的工艺点。文章分析了转炉喷溅产生的原因，并根据转炉炼钢的原理和工艺特点，提出了防止喷溅的措施。

| Abstract: | Surface flash is very common when a converter rotates for steelmaking. As a hard nut in steelmaking, it is a menace for steelmaking safety and makes no good for meeting technical targets. The article analyzes the reason of Surface flash and proposes some preventative measures in the keeping with the principle and craftsmanship of converter steelmaking. |
