| 摘 要： | 本文将研究对象确定在广东省的范围内，对广东省及其所辖各市的人力资本在经济增长中的贡献进行详细分析，并通过建立生产函数分析模型，采用比较研究的方法，分析了各市物质资本与人力资本状况的差异，讨论了经济政策与制度对人力资本贡献率的影响，最后提出了广东省各区域人力资本发展战略的相关建议。

| Abstract: | On the base of a great lot of statistical datas, the author establishes the regression model of production functions of Guangdong and its cities, estimating and comparing the contributions of human capital to the economic growth from 1978 to 2000. Furthermore, the author analyses the effects of economic policies and systems to the contribution of human capital. In the end, the author presents some suggestions on the development of human capital in different areas in Guangdong. |
