旅游非优区发展的动力机制研究

旅游非优区是在特定时空范围内,旅游业发展水平处于劣势地位的地区。在市场需求规模不断扩大的新形势下,有必要利用先进的开发手段推动旅游非优区向旅游优势区转变。通过构建"非优区发展的动力因素测评"指标体系,得出旅游资源、区域环境、区位条件是旅游非优区发展的主要动力因素;以利用优势条件作为发展旅游业的内在驱动力、弥补弱势条件作为发展旅游业的外部推动力,具体研究6种不同类型旅游非优区发展的动力机制。

A Research on Impetus Mechanism of Non-optimal Tourism Regions Development

Non-nptimal tourism regions are in specific space and time scope, regions thai the level of tourism development is at a disadvantage.Under the new situation of market demand scale continually expanding, there is necessity of using advanced development means to promote non-optimal tourism regions to optimal tourism regions transition.By constructing ＇impetus factors assessment of non-optimal tourism regions＇ index system, it is concluded that tourism resources,regional environment and location conditions are the main impetus factors of non-optimal tourism regions development; by means of making use of advantages that are internal driving force of developing tourism and making up for disadvantages that are external driving force of developing tourism. 6 different types of impetus mechanism of non-optimal tourism regions development are studied specifically.
