通过澄清关于协调的一系列概念,回顾了组织理论和运营管理理论中关于企业内部和企业之间如何协调的一系列文献,发现尽管这两种理论关于供应链问题的论述存在不同之处,但所涵盖的协调问题都涉及到问题的定义、问题产生的原因以及协调的解决方案。总结出了协调问题所产生的根源的6个方面(私人的和不完善的信息、相互依赖性、分散的决策、不确定性、有限理性以及机会主义行为等)以及解决协调问题的3种战略(信息管理战略、激励和补偿机制战略以及共同获取资源和灵活运用合同的战略等)。

Syntheses on Literatures of Supply Chain Coordination

This article reviews the organizational theory and operational management the supply chain coordination. It finds that while differences exist in the intra-firm of coordination that are on and inter-firm coordination among the three kinds of theories, all theories are concerned with coordination in terms of problem definitions, problem causes and coordination solutions. It concludes that the causes of coordination derive from six different aspects and three kinds of solution-strategies.
