| 摘 要： | 胜利油田河口采油厂从提高抽油机全寿命角度和自身发展需要出发,构建了抽油机安装质量文化,通过发挥质量文化的作用,形成抽油机安装质量的全员参与、全过程管理和全方位控制体系,营造良好的质量文化氛围和精神,来达到整个抽油机全寿命的质量水平提高的目的。

| Abstract: | Hekou Oil Production Factory in Shengli Oilfields began with increasing the life span of well pumping units and its own development, and then has constructed the quality culture of pumping unit installation. By means of the function of quality culture, the system has been formed about all staff participation in the installation quality of pumping units, the whole-process management and the all-dimensional control. Then the fine quality culture atmosphere and spirit have been cultivated so as to reach the purpose of raising the quality level of the entire pumping unit＇s life span. |
