油田集输管道缓蚀剂效率主控因素研究

摘    要:集输管道的输送工况通常为高温、高压、高矿化度,并且管内含水、CO2、H2S、O2等腐蚀性介质,常常造成严重的腐蚀。缓蚀剂具有成本低、操作简单、见效快的优点,被油田集输系统广泛采用。影响缓蚀效率的因素众多,明确集输管道缓蚀效率的主控因素十分重要。统计油气田生产数据,利用灰色关联法确定影响缓蚀效率的主控因素。结果表明,影响混输管道缓蚀效率的因素关联度排序为H2S分压>O2分压>CO2分压>Cl-含量>pH,温度>含水率>液体流速>气体流速>压力。采用Apriori算法挖掘缓蚀效率预测关联规则,在确定缓蚀效率影响主控因素的基础上,得到10条关联规则。

Research on Main Controlling Factors of Corrosion Inhibitor Efficiency in Oilfield Gathering and Transportation Pipeline
Abstract:The transportation conditions of gathering pipelines are usually include high temperature, high pressure, high salinity, and corrosive media such as water, CO2, H2S, O2, etc. in the pipe, which often cause severe corrosion. Corrosion inhibitors have the advantages of low cost, simple operation and quick results, and are widely used in oilfield gathering and transportation systems. There are many factors that affect the corrosion inhibition efficiency, and it is very important to clarify the main control factors of the corrosion inhibition efficiency of gathering and transportation pipelines. Based on the oil and gas field production statistics data, gray correlation method is used to determine the main control factors affecting the corrosion inhibition efficiency. The results show that the correlation degree of the factors affecting the corrosion inhibition efficiency of mixed transportation pipelines is ranked as follows, the partial pressure of H2S > the partial pressure of O2 > the partial pressure of CO2 > the content of Cl- >pH . Temperature>water content>liquid flow rate>gas flow rate>pressure. The Apriori algorithm is used to mine corrosion inhibition efficiency prediction association rules, and a total of 10 association rules are obtained on the basis of determining the main controlling factors of corrosion inhibition efficiency.
