| 摘 要： | 退耕还林是实现我国生态建设的重要林业生态工程之一。在实施退耕还林中,指令性的管理方法难以充分体现农民意愿和利益,行政干预的方式往往导致事与愿违的结果,而参与式方法鼓励农民积极参与退耕还林工程,激励农民参与的积极性和主动性。本文通过退耕还林工程中应用参与式方法的尝试,探讨退耕还林工程中应用的可行性及效果。

| Abstract: | Grain to Green Program is one of important ecological forestry projects for China ecological restoration. In practice of the Program, mandatory management cannot meet the inclination and benefit of farmers, administrative intervention often makes things go contrary to both farmers' and government' wishes. While Participatory Rural Appraisal method encourages farmers into Grain to Green Program with highest enthusiasm and imitative. The paper applies Participatory Rural Appraisal method in Grain to Green Program, discusses the feasibility and effectiveness of it. |
