| 摘 要： | 在知识经济时代,企业间的竞争已从对物质资源的竞争转向对知识资源的竞争。本文在提出企业创新转换模式的基础上,系统研究了企业的创新组合的三个子系统,包括企业制度创新、经营能力创新、基础结构创新的有机结合分析框架,进而阐述了做大做强我国民营企业的基本思路。

| Abstract: | In the knowledge economy ages, the competition among enterprises has changed from the competition based on the physical resources to the competition based on the knowledge resources . This paper systematically study the innovation mix that includes system innovation , management ability innovation, cadre innovation according to system innovation and diversion mode advanced. What's more, this paper discuss the way how to magnify and build up Chinese private-owned enterprises surround innovation mix thesis. |
