| 摘 要： | 饭店企业的竞争力取决于饭店的资源配置能力,我国的饭店业正面临着提高资源配置能力的时代命题.文章从资源的优化配置入手,分析了饭店资源配置的要素操作系统,并分析了饭店资源配置的优化方向、优化途径和优化程序.
