| 摘 要： | 做好培训需求调研是增强干部教育培训工作针对性、实效性的前提。文章通过问卷调查研究,分析了淄博市领导干部对教育培训的需求情况,以及目前党校培训工作中存在的问题,并提出了促进市委党校今后教学工作开展的建议。
